I get considerable gratification out of painting because I feel I am constructing something personal to me. I enjoy trying to experiment with and express the inadequacy in relation to what is expected of painting. I admire and delight in abstract art as I can express my feelings and emotions through the brush. I get great contentment and pleasure out of viewing my work in client’s houses and seeing my construction up in their personal space.
